Diet, Energy and Digestion

I have been EXHAUSTED recently and went into melt down.

Determined to improve my inner and mental health I am avoiding sugar (as advised by my good friend www.bridgetpt.com)

I tried the Neal’s Yard Superfood Brownies and all I can say is DO IT, make them, eat them!  They are genuinely delicious.  HOWEVER, make sure that you eat them in the morning as the Superfood Organic Greens Complex contains green tea extract and caffeine sensitive people like myself will be raving all night long.

They contain Coconut Oil and Almonds, both great at reducing cholesterol.  Dates and Chia Seeds, both packed with fibre and so will keep things moving… The greens have all sorts of goodness, something that has to be experienced… a general sense of well-being, more energy and more focus.

Yet there must be lots of caffeine.  I have contacted Neals Yard to have this checked, but I am familiar with the effects of too much coffee!  This was the same; tired body, racing mind, strongly beating heart.

I’m having a day off today – to test this theory further, but I will continue to eat them in the mornings only!

Try it, you will not regret it (unless it's Sunday evening.)

Delicious, pure, cleansing... they will give you more energy.

Buon appetito!
