You take it for granted when you have it and it evades you when you fight for it, however it improves with strength.
Small step forwards is to be healthy and a new lovely fresh breakfast I have been making is to BLEND a MANGO with some natural yogurt and some ALMONDS. It’s a crunchy, healthy, breakfast TREAT.
Then try yoga!
(but watch your shoulder. I’m in lots of pain and supposed to be resting my shoulder after a tennis injury so a VERY short post today!)
