Before the sun enters #libra tomorrow it's at that tricky 29 degree Virgo. When Mercury went retrograde a month it was at 29 Virgo with Venus and I posted about its difficulty. (Have a read, it's the picture of the gods embracing) Today the sun is there and Mercury goes direct. That's a theme and a pattern...✨✨✨

As I said last time, 29 degrees of Virgo was traditionally malefic. It's the culmination of criticism, worry and analysis that is the climax of Virgo neurosis.

I was going to leave this as an Instagram post but there's too much to say so I've moved over to my blog... now let's get this STRAIGHT.  Virgo LOVES things to be in order!

My friend messaged me yesterday asking if I knew much about fatalistic astrology and I didn't know much.  It's about the meaning of each degree.  It's a 'traditional' part of astrology which basically means it hasn't had a rigorous health and safety check.  It's old school, it isn't PC and it can be quite harsh.    Traditionally, astrologers loved a bit of doom and gloom.  These days, it's all "everything can be perceived as good, see challenges as areas to progress..." etc. In the old days they used the cane to reprimand children, these days they don't even have a sports day because the losers will cry.      That's how I see modern day astrology.  I was a loser at sport... and that's good because I was good at maths and that was recognised.   No wonder people can't make decisions.  HEY PALS, you're not good at everything BUT you are good at some things.  Everyone has their thing.

It's good to have a gentler approach as it cannot be ABUSED as readily.  It is the abuse of traditional, more archaic methods that allows problems to develop.  I'm all for positivity, but I'm also really really really for THE TRUTH.  For reality.  Please take away delusions!  Gratitude is wonderful, but it's also OK to be really pissed off sometimes.  Take a deep breath and MOVE ON.  Do not DENY your emotions.  Recognise them and shift your perspective.  Evasive dreaming gets no one anywhere.

Mercury stations and goes DIRECT... ahhh flow with the words... soon.  Right now the moon is opposite Saturn.  OUCH.  What are you feeling?  Restricted?  Fearful?  Probably because also Mercury is square to the Moon and Saturn and opposite confused Neptune and wounded Chiron.  Whatever feels wrong?  Say it!  This is the final clear out.  The end of the retrograde period.  Any last thing that you've realised over the past few weeks, any niggles... say them!

29 Degrees Virgo

Melancholic, eccentric, and secretive character. One is attracted to occultism, and mysteries in general, and enjoys studying in the solitude of the night. One may be affected by a mental disease or a head injury. Unless one is very careful in one's studies, one may end up in a state of mental chaos and confusion.

VIBING

What pure Virgo does is WORRY IN THEIR HEAD.  Nothing is pure though, there are always other planets in the mix (thank God!)  Venus is in Libra and she is collaborating with Uranus to be HONEST but charming.  So if you feel like you don't know what is going on?  If you feel like questioning things... do it!  Living in your head will send you MENTAL.

However at 4pm this evening the Sun relents and bounds off to Libra as the Moon moves away from its fear and restriction and into martian action and starts to collaborate with Venusian charm.  Let's stop the harsh criticism! You can say what you want to say with CHARM and it will probably have more effect!  Far better than laying down the law like an authoritarian.

This is why we moved from authoritarian methods... even if part of you wants to just lay down the law and smash through the nonsense... it might create some tension and an ATMOSPHERE and further problems!  It's better to say it with a Jupitarian LAUGH or some well placed Venusian heart emojis.  "No smacking!'  It will create more resentment than it's worth.

Don't lie though, even though the Moon is in Gemini and Gemini has a VERY LOOSE interest in TRUTH... Saturn is there inhibiting mercurial nonsense.  It might not feel good.  Sometimes we want to be charming and we want everything to be nice... and we can this evening!  However, now is the time to get REAL and get honest and do that final CLEAR OUT with a VERY discerning eye.
